In life, I’m just trying to

Maneuver around these land mines

To try and land mine.

Cause too much pressure

At the right spot but the wrong time,

Could lead this black man

Six feet deep with flat vital signs.

While me and Nightingale

Just trying to avoid hell or jail cells,

And we won’t fail.

I’ve poured all my life into plan A,

Intently illustrating this immaculate image

Of how we turned this rocky soil we’re given

Into a ravishing forest to feed the village we live in.

No more surviving, we living.

With this excess now, we giving

No more need for set tripping,

Just sit back, relax, and peep the vision.

Particularly placing people in they set position.

It take a li’l time and effort,

But this endeavor gone complete the mission.

This is the final phase of how we end division (the vision).

The troops are now in the right places.

I’m staring at loaded bases,

Knowing damn well I’m gon’ Willie Mays it.
